Job summary

Remitly is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Post-Submit Experience to own the journey from transfer submission to recipient payout and beyond. You will guide a cross-functional squad across Seattle, Vancouver, and Krakow to optimize trust and growth through every customer touchpoint.

You will lead the vision, strategy, and metrics for a high-stakes surface, driving improvements in communications, support deflection, and lifecycle engagement across mobile, web, and messaging channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience building consumer-facing digital products at scale.
• End-to-end ownership from strategy through launch with measurable outcomes.
• Experience with transactional/operational experiences at high volume; design for unhappy path.
• Strong data fluency, hypothesis design, A/B testing, and data-driven answers.
• Ability to influence teams you do not manage; collaborate with operational and non-product partners.
• Excellent written communication; ability to present to a senior audience.
• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the post-submit experience across mobile, web, and messaging surfaces; present to senior leadership.
• Set the standard for post-submit communications, including transfer status, proactive updates, delays, and recipient messaging.
• Reduce the volume and cost of support by making the product answer common questions with Customer Success and payout partners.
• Turn post-submit into a growth surface with failed payment recovery, repeat send prompts, referrals, and next best action orchestration.
• Advocate for the customer across organizational boundaries you do not own, and translate operational reality into product decisions.
• Build a strong experimentation and research practice for the squad with quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Partner with engineering and design leaders across Seattle, Vancouver, and Krakow to ship consistently and raise quality and velocity.
