Blink Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to steer development across internal platforms, partner tools, and third-party integrations. You will shape the strategy, work with Engineering/Data/Operations, and drive scalable, data-informed product decisions.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, experience shipping AI-enabled features, and a track record of cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing healthcare tech environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience focusing on platform tools, internal systems, integrations, or enterprise workflows.
• Background as a software engineer or technical implementation role; strong backend architecture exposure preferred.
• Ability to untangle complex, interdependent systems into scalable, efficient solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience defining and shipping AI/ML-powered product features (conversational AI, copilots, automation, decision-support).
• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, data science, compliance, legal and operations to define AI requirements and monitor KPIs.
• Data-driven with a history of using data to inform decisions and prioritize development.
• Excellent communication across diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with internal tooling, workflow automation, or logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Set the product direction by defining the strategy and priorities across a suite of internal and external facing tools and backend services that drive the operations of BlinkRx.
• Lead the roadmap for external system integrations.
• Partner with Engineering, Data, Operations, and Legal to scope, build, and ship technical solutions that improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Design reusable product components, workflows, and APIs that power core business processes and reduce friction for downstream teams.
• Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and continuously improve tools based on data and user feedback.
• Identify opportunities in business processes to automate, optimize, or rebuild for scale.
