Job summary

BD is expanding its pharmacy automation software portfolio and seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management. You will translate customer and market insights into an executable plan, partner with R&D, UX, sales, and regulatory teams, and drive adoption and value in a global healthcare setting.

The role requires senior software product management experience, VOC proficiency, and the ability to navigate a matrixed organization while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years in product management or related roles.
• Experience with software, SaaS, cloud-enabled products.
• Experience managing product lifecycles from discovery to end-of-life.
• Strong VOC, customer research and executive communication skills.
• Strong cross-functional leadership within a global matrix.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the 2–3-year product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead VOC and market research to identify workflow needs.
• Translate insights into business cases and roadmap metrics.
• Collaborate with R&D, UX, support, and sales from discovery to launch.
• Support commercialization, including pricing, packaging, and training.
• Represent customer needs in a cross-functional core team.
• Communicate roadmap updates to stakeholders.
