• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills using Office tools.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Ameriprise products and platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large product development initiatives for advisory platform solutions.
• Define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and deliver new functionality across platforms.
• Maintain compliance and governance through policies, controls and reporting.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decisions.
• Develop advisory programs and investment solutions to grow revenue and adoption.
• Resolve complex advisor and client issues with internal and external partners.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
