Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the perfusion system platform's strategy, lifecycle, and commercial success. You will lead roadmaps, gather customer insights, and build business cases with R&D and operations teams.

The role requires 7+ years in product management, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to travel ~25% internationally. A degree in marketing, engineering, science, or business is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years in product management or related field.
• Product management/marketing knowledge including market trends, NPI process, lifecycle management, quality investigations.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication at all levels of the organization.
• Travel ~25%, domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.
• Lead product roadmap development, customer insights, and business case creation to prioritize investments and deliver innovative solutions linked to perfusion tech experts.
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through commercialization.
• Develop portfolio and offering strategies that optimize product positioning, market adoption, and global platform utilization.
• Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial governance requirements.
