Job summary
HeartFlow seeks a senior product leader to own the strategy for a portfolio of medical-grade products, shaping care delivery and evidence strategy across FDA-regulated software. You will be the deepest product-side expert on clinical workflow, validation, and real-world performance, guiding decisions across engineering, clinical, and regulatory leadership.
You will define multi-year portfolio plans, decide which problems to pursue, and frame options to build, partner, or acquire.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of professional experience in product management for FDA-regulated software
- BS, MS or PhD in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field; advanced degree or clinical training is a strong plus
- Demonstrated ability to own a product area or portfolio at Principal/Director level and influence across functions
Responsibilities
- Own multi-year portfolio strategy and decisions on what problems to solve
- Define performance targets, evidence plans, and regulatory strategy for the portfolio
- Align engineering, clinical, QA/RA, and marketing around a single product intent and roadmap
- Maintain direct relationships with physicians and health-system customers to inform decisions
- Lead FDA interactions, post-market surveillance, and design-controls across releases
