Job summary

Cytiva is hiring a Senior Product Manager for the Perfusion System Platform. This on-site role will be based in Marlborough, MA, or Portsmouth, UK, reporting to the Director of Product Management - Cell Growth. You will own strategy, lifecycle management, and driving commercial success across the platform.

Required are 7+ years in product management or related fields, with strong cross-functional leadership and market analysis capabilities. Travel ~25% domestically or internationally.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience in product management, product commercialization, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of market trends/analysis and product life-cycle management.
• Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, lifecycle management, and commercial performance of the perfusion system platform.
• Lead product roadmap development, customer insights, and business case creation to prioritize investments and deliver innovative solutions in coordination with the perfusion technical expert(s).
• Drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams from concept through commercialization, coaching colleagues to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
• Develop portfolio and offering strategies that optimize product positioning, market adoption, and global platform utilization.
• Ensure product availability, operational excellence, and compliance with quality, regulatory, and commercial governance requirements.
