Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Sr. Product Manager in the Philadelphia area to own the payments and corporate systems integration roadmap connected to POS.

You will partner with engineering and systems integration teams, manage relationships with processors like Verifone and Worldpay, and drive PCI DSS compliance. You will also lead the Store Health and Retail Control Tower initiative and coordinate with Oracle teams on Xstore migration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in product management or product ownership on an Agile team at a large retailer.
• Experience with Oracle Xstore or comparable enterprise POS platform.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap for payments and corporate systems integrations within the Xstore ecosystem.
• Manages relationships with payment processors and gateways (Verifone, Worldpay) and ensures PCI DSS compliance.
• Owns integration layer into Xstore and other back‑end systems, ensuring reliable data flow.
• Leads Store Health and Retail Control Tower initiatives with engineering.
• Partners with Oracle implementations and internal teams on Xstore migration.
