Qualifications

10+ years in product management, technical program management, or related technical product role in payments.
Hands-on expertise in card-present in-store payment environments and terminal certification.
Strong Agile/Scrum experience with product ownership across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Own the North America semi-integrated and fully integrated payment application portfolio and planning — SCA, AGPA, and XPI.
Organize demand intake into the portfolio from customers, commercial teams, sponsors, and certification bodies.
Publish prioritized roadmaps quarterly with backlog grooming and 12-month planning.
Identify conflicts early and maintain an evidence-based position.
Drive certification initiatives with L3 teams and manage lead times into planning.
Coordinate with partners, gateways, processors, and platform teams for certifications and integrations.
