Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in payments, money movement, or financial platforms with end-to-end funnel ownership.
• Deep knowledge of card payments and bank transfers; ability to work with engineers on APIs and routing.
• Strong analytical mindset; designing experiments and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow, cost, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for how customers add and use payment methods (bank accounts, cards, digital wallets) on Coinbase.
• Drive intelligent routing of onboarding across payment providers and banks to maximize success and minimize cost.
• Shape verification and fraud controls in collaboration with Risk and Compliance.
• Partner with Business Development and external bank/processor partners on terms and integrations.
• Lead payment method cost and performance reporting end-to-end for senior leadership and reusable platform capabilities.
