• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for payment onboarding across bank accounts, cards, and wallets.
• Drive routing across providers and banks for high success and low cost, avoiding customer outages.
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to balance fraud loss and conversion.
• Partner with Business Development and banks on terms, integrations, and new payment capabilities.
• Lead cost and performance reporting end-to-end and enable reuse by other teams.
