Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Payments Platform to own enabling customers to add and use bank accounts, cards, and digital wallets. You will manage onboarding flows, verification, and provider routing that impact revenue and trust.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, and external partners, driving cost and performance improvements while shaping platform capabilities for reuse by other teams. This role impacts the core payment flow and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience with depth in payments, money movement, or financial platforms.
• Experience owning a payment or money movement funnel end to end at scale with measurable results.
• Strong analytical instincts and ability to design experiments and tradeoffs.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year strategy and roadmap for payments onboarding and wallet features.
• Drive intelligent routing of payment onboarding across providers and banks to minimize outages and cost.
• Shape the approach for verifying payment methods to balance fraud risk and conversion.
• Partner with Business Development and external partners on terms, integrations and capabilities.
• Lead payment method cost and performance reporting for leadership and reuse by other teams.
