Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Payments Platform to own how customers add and use bank accounts, cards, and digital wallets. You’ll influence payments flows, routing, and verification, driving revenue and trust at scale.

You will partner with Risk, Compliance, and external banks, delivering cost-effective, reliable payment capabilities across a multi-year roadmap.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management with depth in payments or financial platforms.
• Understanding of card payments, bank transfers, and routing, with ability to work with engineers on APIs and architecture.
• Strong analytical instincts and experience designing experiments.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year strategy and roadmap for payment methods across onboarding and usage.
• Drive routing across payment providers and banks to maximize success and minimize cost.
• Shape verification and fraud risk approach in collaboration with Risk and Compliance.
• Partner with Business Development and external partners on terms and integrations.
• Lead cost and performance reporting end-to-end and enable reuse by other teams.
