Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive experience in product roles.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and outcomes.
• Experience leading products through discovery, development, and commercialization.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and drive major initiatives.
• Translate insights into product requirements and decisions.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and architecture teams on complex solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities.
• Lead full lifecycle across discovery, concept development, prioritization, delivery, and optimization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.
• Synthesize research, data, and partner feedback into actionable insights and differentiated experiences.
• Translate complex needs into clear product requirements, outcomes, and success measures.
• Partner with Engineering to evolve MVP capabilities into scalable, secure product solutions.
• Establish and monitor product performance measures and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Influence executive and external stakeholders with clear tradeoffs and recommendations.
