Job summary

Early Warning seeks a Principal Product Manager for Paze to define strategy across a complex product family, translating customer needs into measurable outcomes and guiding cross-functional teams from discovery to commercialization.

You will own vision, roadmaps, and investment priorities, partnering with Engineering, Design, Legal, Risk, and external partners to deliver secure, trusted payment experiences in agentic commerce environments.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ years of progressive product leadership experience.
• Proven ability to define strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading products from discovery through commercialization in a cross-functional setting.
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and drive large initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities.
• Lead product work across the full lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Build alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Legal.
• Synthesize research, data, and partner feedback into actionable product decisions.
• Translate complex needs into clear requirements and success measures.
• Collaborate with engineering to evolve MVPs into scalable solutions.
• Monitor performance measures and adjust priorities accordingly.
