Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own roadmap execution for payments products in a dynamic environment. You will translate business needs into epics and user stories, manage risks, and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires strong Jira skills, deep payments knowledge, and a track record of driving Agile practices across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management/Product Owner experience.
• 5+ years of Payments domain experience.
• Strong experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, and roadmap execution.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for backlog management, sprint planning, reporting, and release tracking.
• Deep understanding of payment transaction lifecycles and payment operations.

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience in banking, fintech, payment processors, or enterprise payment platforms.


• SAFe, CSPO, PSPO, or similar Agile certification.


• Knowledge of PCI‑DSS, NACHA, RTP, FedNow, and ISO 20022.
