Job summary

The Sr Product Manager for PAD Product Area in the Bosch Mobility Aftermarket group leads growth, portfolio health, and roadmap execution for the North American aftermarket. You will collect and translate VOC, partner feedback, field issues, and benchmarking into actionable JIRA requirements to evolve our diagnostics and PAD portfolio.

You will also act as a Technical Account Manager for strategic accounts, representing product management activities and collaborating with customers on roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a strong technical background.
• 5+ years of professional experience in the automotive aftermarket, vehicle repair, or diagnostics software.
• Database & Portfolio Management: manage product master databases, SKUs, and lifecycles (phase‑in / phase‑out).
• Familiarity with JIRA or other requirement tracking tools is highly preferred.
• Analytical translation: translate benchmarking and user feedback into structured data for PM.

Responsibilities

• Translate feedback to requirements from VOC and partners.
• Draft clear, well-structured user stories or tickets in JIRA.
• JIRA alignment and requirements tracking maintenance.
• Design and drive customer-specific solutions and roadmaps.
• Serve as a Technical Account Manager to strategic accounts for PAD portfolio.
