Bosch Mobility Aftermarket is seeking a Sr Product Manager for the PAD Product Area in North America. You will support growth, portfolio health, and roadmap execution, translating insights from workshops, field feedback, and partners into actionable product improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a strong technical background.
• 5+ years of professional experience ideally within the automotive aftermarket, vehicle repair, or diagnostics software.
• Database & Portfolio Management: strong attention to detail with managing product master databases, SKUs, and lifecycles (phase-in / phase-out).
• Technical Tools: familiarity with JIRA or other requirement tracking tools is highly preferred.
• Analytical translation: ability to compile benchmarking and user feedback into structured data for PM.

• Draft and manage clear JIRA input for user stories and tickets.
• Align and maintain requirements tracking in tools like JIRA.
• Serve as Technical Account Manager to key accounts, designing customer-specific solutions.
• Manage PAD portfolio lifecycle, coordinating phase-in and phase-out of diagnostics products.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and synthesize insights to enable roadmap decisions.
• Engage with technicians, shop owners and tool users to uncover pain points and needs.
