Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking a Product Manager – Drive Technologies to lead the North American portfolio strategy, development, and lifecycle management. You will identify gaps, define roadmaps, and execute new product introductions using UX, benchmarking, and stage-gate processes.

Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Global teams, you will drive growth, ensure data accuracy, and support go-to-market initiatives. Domestic and international travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Hands-on automotive knowledge is desirable.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/MS Project/Power BI are a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic management of the product portfolio from concept to phase-out.
• Drive growth through market intelligence and customer insights.
• Develop business cases and monitor P&L, revenue, and margins.
• Ensure up-to-date product specifications and OE cross-references.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Support marketing and go-to-market strategies.
• Lead issue resolution using structured methodologies like 8D.
• Share insights and contribute to continuous improvement.
