Job summary

Robert Bosch Group in North America is seeking a Product Manager – Drive Technologies to lead strategy, development, and lifecycle for a key portfolio. You will identify gaps, define roadmaps, and execute new product introductions using UX, benchmarking, and stage-gate processes.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure launches, inventory health, and strong service levels while supporting marketing and go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in automotive aftermarket.
• Experience with engine accessories product management is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; SAP, MS Project, Power BI a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 10%).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic management of the product portfolio, owning lifecycle from concept to phase-out and defining roadmaps.
• Drive growth via market intelligence, gaps, and opportunities from customer insights and competitive analysis.
• Develop business cases and financial justifications for introductions and lifecycle decisions.
• Maintain data accuracy: product specs, OE cross-references, catalog information, differentiators.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing.
• Support marketing and branding with product positioning, technical content, and go-to-market plans.
• Lead issue resolution including quality claims and logistics challenges using structured methods.
• Share insights and foster continuous improvement across the organization.
