Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Product Manager to shape the digital shopping experience across web, mobile app and kiosk. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, collaborate with engineering, UX, and marketing, and drive a data-driven roadmap to grow engagement in the cannabis space.

This remote role requires CST business hours (8am-5pm). You will lead AI-driven development, define detailed specs, and partner with cross-functional teams to launch and maintain ecommerce products.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce retail or consumer-facing industries.
• 6+ years in product management with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with spec-driven development and detailed product specs.
• Experience across ideation to post-launch optimization.
• Ability to identify metrics and drive data-based decisions.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and customer experience improvements.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and tools listed above, plus Jira/Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and execute a holistic digital product roadmap based on data and feedback.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Break down concepts into Epics and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead AI-spec driven development with detailed product specs for engineering.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and engineering for launches and maintenance.
• Monitor feature performance and use data to improve customer experience.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency within the team’s domain.
• Stay updated on ecommerce trends to inform strategy.
