Job summary

TodayTix Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to elevate TTG’s flagship TodayTix consumer product. You will own end-to-end areas, shape opportunities from customer needs, and drive outcomes that affect discovery, purchase, and return visits.

This is a hybrid, full-time role based in the greater New York City area. You will work with product, engineering, design, analytics, and commercial teams to move fast and impact key metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience building consumer products that users love.
• Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product outcomes.
• Strong instincts for product decisions and prioritization.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative and accountability.
• Data-driven and customer-focused approach with evidence.
• Practical fluency with AI tools for research, prototyping, and decision-making.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.
• Startup or growth-stage experience is a plus.
• Genuine enthusiasm for theatre and live entertainment.
