Job summary

Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the ordering and fulfillment processes within the OREO team, guiding end-to-end Quote-to-Cash initiatives from order to billing. You will work with cross-functional groups to connect technical and business needs and translate complex problems into scalable product solutions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, a strong product mindset, and the ability to drive improvements across the entire QTC lifecycle for Google Cloud

• 5 years of experience in Platform Product Management.
• Deep knowledge of Ordering and Fulfillment Processes and Systems for Hardware or Software.
• Strong product management, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis skills and impeccable business judgment.

• Serve as the primary expert for the overall agreement motions and mechanics for your supported line of business.
• Own the ordering and fulfillment processes, ensuring seamless execution and optimization for your specific business area.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives across the broader Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and overall Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP).
• Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME) to cross-functional stakeholders on all matters concerning ordering, booking, and fulfillment.
• Advocate for process and system discipline, driving best practices and standardization across the organization's ordering workflows.
