Responsibilities

• Develop product concepts, business cases, and value propositions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, goals, and success metrics.
• Evaluate competitive offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Understand customer behaviors, pain points, and evolving expectations.
• Translate customer insights into product features and capabilities.
• Define user journeys and product experiences that improve customer outcomes.
• Advocate for solutions balancing customer value, business objectives and operational efficiency.
• Use data and customer feedback to improve products and experiences.
• Define and maintain product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic priorities.
• Partner with engineering and design teams throughout development lifecycle.
• Drive prioritization decisions based on customer impact, business value, risk, and feasibility.
• Support product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Evaluate partnership opportunities involving APIs, digital connectivity, data exchange, and third-party integrations.
