Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Product Manager to support brand strategy and execution for a global pharmaceutical organization within Oncology. This hybrid role is based in Nutley, NJ, with 3 days onsite and ~30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in pharmaceutical sales or marketing.
• Background in oncology, specialty therapeutics, or rare disease areas is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of PhRMA standards along with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead agency partnerships and drive cross-functional marketing programs.
• Strong business, financial, and analytical skills, including forecasting and budget management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus.

Compensation for the Senior Product Manager:

• Salary Range: $148,200 – $194,500 annually
• Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Schedule: Hybrid (3 days onsite)
• Estimated 30% travel required
