Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Senior Product Manager to support brand strategy and execution for a global pharmaceutical organization within Oncology. This hybrid role is based in Nutley, NJ, with 3 days onsite and strong collaboration across marketing, finance, and external agencies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing (3+ in pharma), oncology exposure, PhRMA knowledge, and proven forecasting/budgeting skills. MBA is a plus; bachelors essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, with 3+ years in pharma.
• Oncology or rare disease experience desirable.
• Knowledge of PhRMA standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading agency partnerships and cross-functional programs.
• Strong forecasting and budget management skills.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of promotional materials and brand initiatives.
• Partner with external agencies and vendors for quality execution.
• Support MLR/PRC review process for promotional content.
• Develop and analyze marketing ROI using analytics and market research insights.
• Monitor market and competitor trends to identify risks, opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial partners on messaging and execution.
• Support brand forecasting, S&OP, and budgeting with Finance.
