Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Product Manager with an Oncology focus to join a global pharmaceutical company in Nutley, NJ, on a hybrid, permanent basis. The SPM will develop and execute marketing strategies for approved thyroid and liver cancer indications, overseeing tactical programs to support brand objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external agencies, measure impact with analytics and ROI, and ensure compliance through MLR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience; 3+ years in pharma marketing/sales.
• Oncology marketing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of PhRMA/regulatory guidelines for healthcare interactions.
• Experience directing agencies and strategic vendors.
• Strategic mindset; translate insights into strategies and tactics.
• Proven success in developing, executing, and measuring marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of promotional materials and programs; manage external agencies.
• Measure program performance using analytics, market research, and ROI assessments.
• Collaborate in MLR review to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Monitor product performance and market dynamics; identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with commercial and finance teams on forecasting, S&OP, and budget development.
