Rain is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own the onchain surface — the blockchain layer that everything else at Rain depends on. You will manage smart contracts, chain and asset coverage, settlement and treasury flows, and the underlying infrastructure, working with engineering, security, compliance, legal, and our fintech partners.

This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership and a strong emphasis on security, performance, and multi-chain interoperability.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years PM experience, shipping from zero-to-one through scale at a product-led company.
• Deep, hands-on blockchain fluency with onchain product experience and EVM/Solana knowledge.
• Exceptional product judgment and analytical rigor; high standards for quality.
• Senior autonomous operator who defines problems, drives plans and owns outcomes.
• Sound onchain security instincts: audits and monitoring prioritized before incidents.
• Strong technical fluency beyond the chain: APIs and distributed systems.
• Excited to work in detail and ensure top product quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with external partners and internal teams.
• Proven ability to ship quickly, measure adoption, and iterate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Rain's onchain product — smart contracts, chain and asset coverage, settlement and payments — end to end.
• Partner with engineering on protocol and infrastructure tradeoffs and translate them into partner-facing decisions.
• Decide which chains, assets, and stablecoins Rain supports and when.
• Drive the security bar for onchain work — audits, monitoring, incident response, and guardrails.
• Translate complex protocol into intuitive product surfaces and clear partner docs.
• Gather feedback from partners, distill into prioritization, push for high-leverage work.
• Measure ruthlessly, iterate quickly, set a high bar for the team.
