Job summary

Arctic Wolf seeks a Senior Product Manager for Managed Security Services (Onboarding) to translate vision into scalable onboarding workflows. You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver self-service experiences that accelerate time-to-value for customers.

You’ll own the onboarding roadmap, drive cross-team alignment, and leverage telemetry and feedback to optimize outcomes while ensuring scalable, future-ready implementations across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Gathers detailed requirements for each project.
• Keeps a prioritized list of projects across teams; informs prioritization.
• Uses Jira and Aha! artifacts to stay up to date on in-flight projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain teams' backlog with correct priority and sizing.
• Lead sprint ceremonies and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Engineering to size epics and stories and ensure acceptance criteria.
• Bridge Product Management and Engineering to onboard customers effectively.
