Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product management or related technical experience in hard-tech.
• Experience defining, launching, and managing products in energy storage.
• Technical understanding of battery chemistry, cell design and materials.
• Experience with scaling from lab to commercial production.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion product strategy and roadmap for next-generation battery materials.
• Drive market and customer intelligence with key customers (OEMs and cell manufacturers).
• Translate OEM/cell maker requirements into internal test protocols and success metrics.
• Define internal capabilities including form factors, test methodologies, and scale-up processes.
• Develop business cases for new product initiatives with market, financials, feasibility, and competitive context.
• Create technical marketing materials and sales enablement tools.
