• BS in engineering or physical sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in R&D testing.
• Experience with complex reactive or thermo-mechanical systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis, preferably Python, and instrumentation.
• Strong problem-solving and ability to communicate technical results.
