The Motley Fool is seeking a Product Manager for Member Experience to own the daily product surface including the dashboard, portfolio tools, personalization, and mobile experiences built atop AI scoring and research APIs.

You'll lead a cross-functional team to drive member engagement as a core metric, manage the backlog, and ship features that convert onboarding into ongoing daily or weekly usage, while ensuring responsible use of AI insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, with consumer or subscription focus.
• Active investor with real skin in the game to understand members.
• Experience building personalized or recommendation-driven experiences.
• AI-native approach; prototype quickly and work with AI agents.

Responsabilités

• Own the daily member-facing surface: dashboard, portfolio tools, personalization, and mobile.
• Anchor and manage the Member Platform backlog and roadmap.
• Drive onboarding activations to accelerate value and early renewal.
• Write precise specs for engineers and AI agents; present business cases.
