Job summary

Imperative Care is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing who will lead staff in delivering commercial marketing strategies, tools, and programs designed to expand market share for current and future products. The role focuses on engaging customers through training, materials, and clinical marketing initiatives.

The candidate will review product messaging, oversee content creation, and translate messaging into sales enablement tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience in product management/marketing including people management experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff responsible for implementing commercial marketing strategies and initiatives to drive market growth.
• Direct the work of staff to develop growth initiatives, sales and marketing tools, training, customer engagement and clinical marketing programs.
