Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience in medical device or clinically focused industries.
• Experience managing multiple products and mature portfolios.
• Strong lifecycle management and commercial strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and lifecycle management across a complex portfolio and multiple SKUs.
• Develop annual marketing plans and strategies to drive growth within established products.
• Identify market, customer and competitive opportunities and translate insights into action.
• Lead and support new product launches and commercialization initiatives.
• Partner closely with Sales, Clinical, Marketing, R&D and Regulatory.
• Use CRM, market data and customer insights to inform product strategy.
• Develop positioning, messaging, sales tools and commercial programs.
• Monitor product performance and recommend strategies to accelerate growth.
• Serve as a senior product resource across the organization.
• Mentor or provide guidance to other Product Management team members as appropriate.
