Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Product Manager II– Senior to lead data and analytics product domains in a hybrid work model. You will own strategy, requirements, and delivery for Snowflake-native HEDIS insights and agentic analytics, partnering with engineering, data governance, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration or relevant field; MBA preferred.
• 6+ years’ experience in a product management position in healthcare or equivalent.
• Technology roles: consumer-facing software or startup experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end product domains — take full ownership from vision to delivery and measurable business outcomes.
• Build production-ready AI and data products on Snowflake Cortex; contribute to data and agentic AI roadmap.
• Develop domain strategy and roadmaps for data enrichment, analytics, QA, and full product lifecycle.
• Translate business strategy into actionable requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
• Drive AI-powered innovation, delivering AI insights, automated reporting and data discovery with responsible AI.
• Plan and collaborate with stakeholders across teams to align business needs with technical feasibility.
