Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering executive-level presentations.
- Demonstrated success in benefit development, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead product design initiatives, including strategic direction, competitive positioning, and cross-functional alignment.
- Manage product implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and vendor integration.
- Translate market insights and business priorities into actionable benefit concepts and strategic recommendations.
- Support regulatory filings and ensure documentation meets standards and timelines.
- Develop executive materials and present strategic product plans to leadership.
