SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Product Manager for Medicare Advantage to lead strategic design, vendor partnerships, and cross-functional execution across multiple states. The role emphasizes agile decision making, regulatory awareness, and collaborating with leadership to deliver market-aligned products.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management or strategy, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or consulting; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated success in benefit development, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with a strategic lens, driving alignment across product, finance, clinical, and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product design initiatives, including strategic direction, competitive positioning, and cross-functional alignment.
• Manage product implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, stakeholder coordination, and vendor integration.
• Translate market insights and business priorities into actionable benefit concepts and strategic recommendations.
• Support awareness of regulatory requirements and how they influence product strategy and execution.
• Coordinate with internal experts to ensure filings and documentation meet standards and timelines.
• Maintain awareness of CMS and other regulatory updates impacting benefit offerings.
• Monitor competitor strategies, industry trends, and consumer insights to inform innovation.
• Collaborate with Actuarial and Finance teams to evaluate financial viability of strategies.
• Support scenario modeling and trade-off assessments to optimize value for members and business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and operational readiness.
• Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and materials for executive discussions.
