SCAN Health Plan seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Embrace’s product and platform strategy, driving care delivery improvements for older adults. You will shape product roadmaps, align with care teams, and integrate diverse data sources to enhance patient care.

The role focuses on workflow optimization, data integration, and collaboration with engineering, clinical operations, and senior living partners. A strong background in healthcare tech and product discovery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Healthcare Administration, Product Management, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Five+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech.
• Graduate or Advanced Degree preferred.
• Ability to define product strategy, roadmaps, and translate complex needs into requirements.
• Strong knowledge of discovery methods, user research, and workflow mapping.
• Experience delivering scalable, user-centered solutions with engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to mentor junior product team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead product and platform strategy aligned with care delivery and growth priorities.
• Own priorities related to care coordination, clinician workflow, AI-assisted automation, and data integration.
• Conduct discovery-first work with stakeholder interviews and analyses.
• Partner with GM, technical PM, engineering, and care teams to define requirements.
• Translate needs into roadmaps, user stories, and success metrics.
• Improve clinician workflows and reduce administrative burden.
• Support integration of diverse data sources for patient insights.
• Collaborate with senior living partners to grow scalable solutions.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback.
