Humana Healthy Horizons is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will guide product development and implementation to meet key population health needs. This remote position involves managing complex projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring products meet compliance and efficacy standards. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in healthcare product management and excellent leadership skills.
The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from scoping to implementation and monitoring in the market, by developing products to meet specific population health needs and achieve specific cost and clinical success outcomes. Once products are launched, the Senior Product Manager monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting business needs across Medicaid, evolving products over time to ensure product evaluation and consistent decision making are documented in effort of achieving the desired outcomes. They begin to influence the department’s strategy in product and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components with minimal direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives, product milestones and approaches to assignments.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$104,000 - $143,000 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
