FINRA is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Surveillance to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple Market Surveillance products. This role leads backlogs for the Market Abuse group, prioritizes work, and drives product decisions using data-driven insights.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, coordinating with UI/UX and technology teams, and maturing product development through collaboration and continuous improvement. Hybrid work in select locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7 years in product management, project management, business analysis, program management, or product marketing.
• 5 years in product and/or experience management.
• Strong writing ability and business acumen.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Experience cross-functional in a large organization.

Responsabilités

• Owns vision, strategy, and roadmap for Market Surveillance products.
• Defines requirements and manages product features through development process.
• Manages product backlogs and prioritizes work based on user and stakeholder needs.
• Leads product planning, release goals, and iteration plans across multiple products.
• Oversees product development, UX/UI approvals, and issue resolution.
• Leads large, complex product launches and post-launch reviews.
• Mentors junior product management team members.
