Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management on the Corporate Surveillance team in New York, NY. The role focuses on directing surveillance tooling for email, chat, and voice to detect market abuse and conduct risk, while coordinating with legal and regulatory bodies.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex roadmaps, and deliver exhaustive BRDs translating compliance requirements into engineering blueprints, with a strong emphasis on auditability and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or process management experience.
• 1+ year of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading moderate to large complex projects and programs by providing strategic direction to projects, peers, and direct reports.
• Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements.
• Ensuring projects are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and to be delivered on time.
• Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments.
• Exhibiting outstanding influencing skills to drive project/ program efforts.
