Job summary

Associate Staffing is seeking a Product Manager for its Supervision Platform domain in the US. You will support, enhance, and optimize supervisory tooling used to monitor advisor activity, manage risk, and meet regulatory requirements.

This role interacts with business partners to drive enhancements and ensure tools stay compliant and user-friendly. You will lead a small team of Product Owners, define roadmaps, and create executive-ready reports for SVP+ and C-suite audiences, shaping strategic

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles building digital products or technology-enabled services.
  • Ability to interact with partners, develop and present business cases and funding requests to advance roadmap execution.
  • Ability to work on a cross-functional team and drive outcomes, sometimes without direct authority.
  • 3+ years of experience developing, cultivating, and leading high-performing teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Be the SME on users’ needs via interviews, analytics, feedback sessions, and internal partner input.
  • Define the long-term product roadmap and manage development cycles with schedules and milestones.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to track product success and guide iterations.

The Company:

A prominent fortune 500 financial services firm with a nationwide network of independent financial advisors. What You Will Be Doing:

This role will be supporting and improving the supervisory tools. It focuses on maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the technology that compliance and supervision teams use to monitor advisor activity, manage risk, and meet regulatory requirements. The Supervision Product Management team works closely with business partners to understand what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to be improved. You’d help drive enhancements, prioritize updates, and make sure the tools keep up with changing regulatory requirements while also improving the overall user experience.

Responsibilities as a Product Manager in the Supervision Platform domain:
  • Be the subject matter expert on our users and their needs by conducting customer interviews, reviewing product analytics, hosting user feedback sessions, and aggregating insight from internal partners
  • Define the long-term product development roadmap, key features/capabilities, and manage the development cycles with clear schedules, deliverables and milestones
  • Develop and monitor metrics to track the success of products and features and inform future iterations
  • Work with a diverse group of cross-functional teams to ensure creative and continuous improvements
  • Collaborate across the firm to maintain alignment on vision, strategy, and performance to goals, approaching strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset, leveraging critical thinking to increase the value proposition of assigned products and programs
  • Manage a small team of Product Owners responsible for the capabilities within this product suite
  • Create best-in-class reports and prepare presentations related to strategic plays and growth initiatives that are SVP+, C-Suite, and Board ready
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management roles building digital products or technology-enabled services
  • Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to interact with partners, including developing, presenting and gaining approval on any business cases and funding requests needed to further drive the execution of the roadmap
  • Ability to work on a cross-functional team and drive outcomes, in some cases without having direct authority
  • 3+ years of experience developing, cultivating, and leading strong, high-performing teams in an agile environment
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to evaluate business opportunities and evaluate results against established objectives
  • Expert communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to present materials to the highest levels in the organization and serve as one of the recognized subject matter experts on the team
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with and influence senior leaders
Preferences:
  • Experience in a client-facing role and/or the financial services industry, preferably within a broker-dealer, RIA, investment or financial services firm
  • Agile and/or SAFe trainings and certifications
  • Knowledge of UI/UX fundamental principles
