First Citizens Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Marcom Central platform. This remote role supports a multi-state hiring scope (CA, NY, MA, NC) and focuses on strategy, governance, adoption, and ongoing improvement of the Marcom Central platform.

You will own the product, engage stakeholders across Marketing Risk Governance and Tools, and drive roadmap execution and asset lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, marketing ops, DAM, or marketing tech.
• Experience managing enterprise software or marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead lifecycle of Marcom Central from strategy to optimization.
• Define product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Develop BRDs, user stories, and specs.
• Serve as business owner and SME for Marcom Central.
• Govern asset lifecycle, metadata, and permissions.
• Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Compliance, Legal, Tech, Ops.
• Lead training and change management for user adoption.
