Job summary

You will partner with Product Specialists, Technology, and Digital to drive the product vision, manage the backlog, and ensure timely feature delivery.

You will gather customer requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain product roadmaps while keeping regulatory compliance in view to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years' experience or high school with 6 years.
• Experience in product management in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of product features and backlog management; document requirements, processes, controls, risks, and objectives.
• Collaborate across functions to align product, business, and organizational needs.
• Gather customer requirements from clients and internal teams to prioritize features.
• Develop an understanding of regulatory compliance and internal standards for smooth development.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and program management routines.
