Job summary

You will help define product features, manage backlogs, and partner with Product Specialists, Technology, and Digital to drive the product vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 6 years' experience.
• Extreme ownership with a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
• Systems thinking with ability to understand processes and interdependencies.
• Data-driven and risk-minded decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills, ability to communicate effectively to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Product Execution and Development - Contribute to development of product features and/or assisting with program mgt. Includes documenting requirements, processes, controls, risks, and business objectives, with the support of a senior PM.
• Cross-functional Collaboration - Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment between product, business, and organizational needs.
• Customer Requirements Gathering - Engage with clients and internal teams to identify and prioritize product features and improvements.
• Regulatory compliance - Develop a basic understanding of relevant banking regulations and internal compliance standards required to ensure smooth development.
• Program Management and Product Roadmap - Contribute to the development of product roadmaps. Support program management routines.
