WB Games Inc. is seeking an Advanced Product Manager to lead data-informed product strategy for a live online RPG. You will own telemetry, dashboards, and critical analytics while coordinating with design, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive feature outcomes.

You’ll shepherd roadmaps, define KPIs, and guide cross-functional teams through launch and ongoing live operations, balancing player engagement with long-term game health.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM capacity.
• Shipped or operated a live game.
• You are an active gamer invested in online RPG and cozy genres.
• Hands-on experience designing telemetry systems and instrumentation.
• Proven ability to build and own dashboards, not just consume them.
• Strong track record of roadmaps in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap from concept to post-launch iteration.
• Lead cross-functional teams across design, engineering, creatives, and business stakeholders.
• Design telemetry schemas and data contracts in collaboration with engineering and data teams.
• Own live ops calendar, monitor health, and balance game economy post-launch.
• Develop success metrics and conduct post-mortems to measure impact.
