Job summary

2K is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Product team for a new IP. You will help understand market trends, ground decisions in player insights, and prioritize features for a winning title in a competitive landscape.

You will partner with development, monetization, marketing and analytics to shape Live Service updates, connect player satisfaction to business value, and guide product imperatives and market fit across unannounced projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, production, live ops, game design or related Live Service/Competitive games.
• Deep understanding of competitive games, player motivations, and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with studio and publishing teams to build Product Needs for in-game features and core gameplay.
• Use data, insights and user testing to understand player behaviors and engagement.
• Connect player satisfaction with business value with Monetization and Commercial teams.
• Define Product imperatives, market fit and testable hypotheses for successful games and Live Service updates.
• Coordinate with marketing to align product and marketing messaging to reach the right players.
• Deliver research and thought leadership on industry landscape and trends.
