Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM capacity.
• Shipped or operated a live game.
• Active gamer invested in online RPG and/or cozy genres.
• Experience designing telemetry systems and defining instrumentation.
• Proven ability to build and own dashboards, not just consume them.
• Strong track record of building product roadmaps in fast-moving environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with disciplines to craft live ops calendar and feature releases from concept through post-launch iteration.
• Translate business strategy and player insights into clear roadmaps for team collaboration.
• Define short-and long-term product vision and articulate tradeoffs with data-supported rationale.
• Write PRDs, specs, and briefs to enable alignment across teams.
