Job summary

Warner Bros. Discovery in Salt Lake City seeks an Advanced Product Manager for its Avalanche team to lead live ops, telemetry, and roadmap efforts.

You will ship online multiplayer features and own analytics, dashboards, and data-informed decisions throughout development and post-launch stages. You will collaborate across design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to align priorities, craft PRDs, and define the product vision with clear tradeoffs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead PM role.
• Shipped or operated a live game.
• Active gamer invested in online RPG and/or cozy genres.
• Hands-on experience designing telemetry systems and data instrumentation.
• Proven ability to build and own dashboards and data surfaces.
• Strong track record of building product roadmaps in fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other disciplines to craft features from concept through release and post-launch iteration.
• Turn business strategy and player insights into clear roadmaps for team collaboration.
• Define short- and long-term product vision and articulate tradeoffs clearly.
• Write PRDs, feature specs, and briefs for team alignment.
• Serve as connective tissue between design, engineering, QA, and data to align goals.
