Job summary

Progressive Leasing in the United States is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the data enablement and customer communications roadmap. This remote-first role can be performed from anywhere in the continental US or from Utah or Arizona offices.

You will build the infrastructure powering marketing, lifecycle, and customer experience at scale, collaborate with data engineering, and shape AI-driven automation across lifecycle programs.

Qualifications

• Experience owning data products and data enablement initiatives.
• Fluent with lifecycle and analytics tooling to drive marketing outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for data enablement and eMarketing tooling.
• Develop scalable lifecycle journeys and personalized communications.
• Translate data needs into clear engineering requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineering to close data gaps.
• Define use cases and acceptance criteria for messaging platforms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across marketing, tech, and lifecycle.
• Establish feedback loops from customer signals to the roadmap.
• Apply AI-first approaches to automation and workflows.
• Communicate timelines, blockers, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Manage vendor relationships for core communication tools.
